Spool stores your library and stats locally, and only uses the optional services you actually need.
1. Library data
Your movies, shows, votes, and stats are kept locally on the device.
2. TMDB data
Spool queries The Movie Database (TMDB) API to display titles, posters, and streaming availability. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
3. Group Night
Shared voting sessions only keep the choices needed to settle the pick — no public profile is created.
4. No data resale
Spool does not sell your data and does not embed any third-party advertising SDK.
5. Marketing site
This site may use Google Analytics, only if you allow it via the cookie banner.
6. Data deletion
Delete the app to remove Spool's local history from your device.
